I haven’t done this before…but then, I haven’t read a quote like the one that will follow. I read Scott Adams blog on a rather frequent basis. If you don’t already know – Scott writes the Dilbert cartoon and aside form this venture – he is a brilliant blogger. Now I don’t agree w/ all he has to say – but it is very well thought out and he presents a great argument. Which brings us to today… listen to this:
“As you know, fairness is a concept that was invented so that children and idiots could participate in arguments.”
no… just think abou that… what is fair …. what isn’t fair… why does “fair” matter.

I totally agree. I heard Steve Chandler, http://www.stevechandler.com/index.html, talk last week and this was really his whole message. He calls it being an Owner versus being a Victim. To a Victim, the world is unfair and until something they are waiting for happens, they will never be happy.
